Investing in Your Future Starts Here

Our Process

Step 1: Take a Moment to Review Our Investment Opportunities

To make the most of our upcoming conversation, we encourage you to explore the types of investment strategies we offer.

Step 2: Schedule a Meeting to Discuss Your Options

We’re excited to learn more about your goals and show you how Hartley Fund Group can help you invest with clarity and confidence.

Step 3: Open and Fund your Account

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you through the simple process of opening your investment account. Our team is here to ensure everything is set up correctly and securely.

We’ll provide ongoing updates on property acquisitions, improvements, and performance. Because distributions occur primarily upon the sale of each property (rather than monthly or quarterly), you’ll receive lump-sum proceeds after each successful asset exit. Meanwhile, you’ll also receive an annual K-1 tax document outlining your share of Fund earnings.
